Emma Ivarsson

Emma is a junior project manager in product development at Custodia Consulting. Emma has a special interest in project management, improvement projects, logistics and sustainability, which she developed through her studies. She is a positive, curious and structured person who enjoys solving problems and communicating effectively.

Emma has previously worked in global support, where she strengthened her technical knowledge, communication and problem-solving skills. She also has experience in various roles in planning and forecasting, which has contributed to her development. As a planner, Emma was responsible for purchasing and managing packaging and raw materials, and initiated improvement projects to streamline processes. As a demand planner, she improved forecasting through collaboration with different teams and customers. Her experience includes analysing variances, improving forecast accuracy and participating in projects to increase delivery reliability and reduce costs.
